Dare to dream... close your eyes and imagine who brings a smile to your face. Is it your children? A parent? A friend? or is it the one person who loves you with all your heart? Many of us have at least one person we would walk through fire for. They are the person of our heart but they may not have been the person we imagined we'd end up with.  Maybe you had to wait longer to find them or maybe you haven't even found them yet and are still dreaming.

Authors dream of their characters and their stories. We see them in our mind's eye and even then sometimes they don't do what we think that they will. They go off on their own. They find a new partner, a new romance. In Sydney Scott's latest release- PLANNING ON HAPPILY EVER AFTER- her heroine dreams of her wedding and her husband. She knows what she wants but fate has different plans.

Do you love small town romances? Opposite attract stories? PLANNING ON HAPPILY EVER AFTER is both of those and so much more! This romance will have you thinking about your own dream person and your dream wedding. While PLANNING ON HAPPILY EVER AFTER is the second book in the Sunset Cove series and features some of the characters from book one, it can be read as a standalone. But two books make it more wonderful! Get your copy today!

Blurb:
Return to Sunset Cove…where small town romance and family responsibilities collide. Can a wedding planner create her own perfect romance?

Holly Baker has spent most of her life obsessed with love and finding her very own happily ever after. The perpetually optimistic wedding planner always thought she would end up with someone exactly like her: cheery and always looking for the silver lining in the storm clouds. Little did Holly know that she would literally run into one of those storm clouds in the form of Ben, her newest client’s son.

Ben Williams has always shied away from socializing, preferring to stay in the comfort of his home and design video games. When his mother asks him to help her plan her wedding, he can’t say no to the one person who has always been there for him. Fortunately, the beautiful, sunny wedding planner he can’t stop thinking about not only makes socializing easy, but also makes it something he looks forward to.

As Holly and Ben get acquainted, the two are drawn to each other more and more. Can a perpetually optimistic lover of love convince a grumpy game designer to give their relationship a shot, or will Ben decide that it’s game over before they even begin?

If you love The Sweetheart Fix by Miranda Liasson or The Bluff by Emma St. Claire, you’ll fall for Holly and Ben in Planning on Happily Ever After as they find love despite their differences. Author Sydney Scott weaves a romance sure to get the small-town gossips whispering. Snuggle in to read today!

EXCERPT:
“Holy shit,” Holly whispered to herself, though by the slight widening of Ben’s hypnotic gray eyes, he heard her too.

She swallowed thickly, a strange lump of surprise, confusion, and longing lodged in her throat. Trish’s son was grumpy-no-sweets guy, the same guy she had been kind of obsessing over the last couple of weeks. Holly didn’t think she would run into him again, yet here he was. The universe did have a strange sense of humor, giving her yet another chance to open herself up to a new possibility.

Determined to fully take advantage this time and not take no for an answer, Holly took a moment to appreciate the man before her. His athletic frame was housed in a navy sweater and dark jeans that hugged his muscles beautifully, his hair was perfectly styled just like the last two times they’d encountered one another, but this time he wasn’t scowling. He looked as surprised as she did, but even with that stunned expression, he still looked damn good. Holly took another long look before glancing over at Trish, balking at the woman’s impish smile. Oh god, how long have I been staring at him?

Holly shook her head and tried to get back into professional mode, wiping her hand on her jeans as subtly as possible to remove the sweat that had formed there e, then offered it to him. “Nice to meet you, Ben.”

Hesitantly, he grabbed her hand and pumped her arm firmly but with more care than she would have expected from a stranger. Ben had a strong grip and his hand was warm despite his having just come in from the cooler weather outside. Does he feel the same tingling on his skin that I feel on mine? Is this normal?
